We buy in what we believe in.
Borderstride Morrow resells a selected range of digital products in the European Union. We choose the products, sell them in our own name and carry the sale towards the buyer. You create, deliver and support the product.
What we look for
Digital products with clear delivery and honest marketing.
What we decline, without exception: sanctioned territories and the highest-risk categories, activities on the card networks' prohibited lists, products marketed on income or result promises, physical goods and dropshipping.
How the cooperation works
One margin. Everything else at cost.
Our resale margin is a percentage of the retail price, in four tiers, plus a fixed €1.00 per sale. Payment costs are deducted at cost — we add nothing on top.
Growth is rewarded
From €100,000 in annual sales of your products, our resale margin drops by 0.5 points; from €250,000, by a full point. The highest threshold you reach applies, and an earned discount carries into the new year. Conditions apply — chiefly a healthy dispute ratio, which is in both our interests.
The platform fee
A monthly management fee between €55 and €75 (depending on your setup) covers the dedicated server your data runs on, backups, maintenance and your partner view of every sale. Onboarding is quoted up front, per project — never discovered afterwards on an invoice.
What you invoice us
One worked example: a €250 course sold to a consumer in Belgium.
The margin is always calculated on the retail price, before payment costs — so a change in those rates never changes our margin. VAT depends on where the buyer is: the rate of their EU country, reverse charge for a VAT-registered business, none outside the EU. The payment costs per method are listed in the agreement.
Who carries what
A reseller arrangement only works when the split is explicit. Here is ours.
Borderstride Morrow carries
- The sale and the contract with the buyer — our name on the invoice and the card statement
- EU VAT on the sales, including Union-OSS registration and filing
- Consumer law towards buyers: withdrawal rights, information duties, order-button rules
- Data protection (controller) for payment and billing data
- The complete dispute process: deadlines, evidence and communication with the payment provider
You keep
- Your product, your content and the quality of what you deliver
- Delivery, access and product support
- Your own brand and your own direct sales channels
- The economic outcome of disputes about your product (see below)
The honest part about chargebacks. We run the dispute process end-to-end — we watch the deadlines, build the evidence file and communicate with the payment provider. What we do not do is absorb the cost of a dispute about your product: the disputed amount and the dispute fee are settled back to you, because they arise from your product and your promise to the buyer. One exception, and it's ours to carry: chargebacks demonstrably caused by a fault in our own payment processing. We also work with you preventively — quarterly reviews of dispute patterns and a refund-first policy, because a generous refund is almost always cheaper than a chargeback.
Exactly what moves, and what stays with you
No small print, and no arrows pointing at things that do not move. This is the arrangement.
Borderstride Morrow carries
The sale and the contract with the customer. The payment account and its conditions. The dispute procedure itself: the deadlines, the evidence, and the correspondence with the card scheme. Invoicing to the customer, in our name. VAT — rate determination, collection, and the Union OSS return. Consumer-law obligations towards the buyer, and data controller duties for the payment data.
You keep
Your product and your brand. Delivery, access and product support, and everything that makes the product good. Your own terms of use. And your purchase price: the retail price minus our resale margin and the payment cost, which you can calculate in advance.
